I am Jenni and I teach Yoga as an embodied, transformative practice, in which you move, rest, feel, breathe, tune in and listen deeply to whatever you need.
When you tune into your body wisdom you can find guidance for balance and confidence to be your authentic self. As women we have rhythms, cycles and body wisdom that needs to be honoured. Our practice together can guide us along an inner path rich in peace and feminine wisdom. I’d like to offer this space as a Sanctuary. A place to rest deeply and come home to yourself.
My offerings at Jenni Jones Yoga are both online and in person. I run classes, workshops and retreats and I am delighted you are here.
I am a student of yoga and I’m a yoga specialist in Womens health, a meditation teacher, a doula, a mother and a breath work facilitator. I’ve always moved my body. I grew up as athlete, I evolved into a dance floor and an adrenaline junkie in the 90’s. Yoga helped me heal and rebalance body, mind and spirit. Back in 1999 Yoga brought me home.
My yoga practice is an embodied, grounding practice with a heart centred focus. It's a holistic therapeutic and approach. My spiritual training included living for several years in an ashram. Here the essence of yoga was taught. Its our own embodied experience, rather than information gained from books or ideas from others that transforms us. I teach Yoga as a transformative practice and I see my role as a teacher to hold a space for your own deep experiences. I am a yoga student always and humbled by the path that keeps on revealing itself and ‘myself' to me…
I’d love to have you in our community. Come join us. You are invited.
"Women have a tremendous inner strength and a huge resource of energy which is what helps us, in many cases, to spin so many plates in this modern age, but we need balance and wisdom as we move through the world and along the spiral of life. Life changes, we change, our needs and desires shift and the more we can be connected to our self, the more we can be in touch with our body wisdom for guidance and truth as we grow. I hope that in my classes, women are welcomed, supported and celebrated to be simply themselves. "
“And you, when will you dive into that long journey into yourself?”
